Returns and Exchanges
1. Please re-check your order before submitting it and make sure the items on the order are what you intend to purchase. Please also check your order immediately after receiving it.
2. In case the customer changes their mind and wants to cancel the order, they must contact us immediately after purchasing the product online via email email@example.com. Customer will receive full refund.
3. For any returns, customer must contact Superbike Accessories to obtain a return authorisation number. Product will not be accepted by Superbike Accessories without a return authorisation. Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Item MUST BE in original packaging. We recommend that you return your item using registered post as we do not accept responsibility for parcels that go missing in transit when being returned to us.
4. If a return is a result of our error (ie, received incorrect or defective item), we will happily pay the return shipping costs and rectify the error/s. Please also ensure that original packaging and tags are still intact. We recommend that you return your item using registered post.
